  • Worked with the Harvard Business School and Center for Executive Development to design, develop and facilitate the Partner Development Program for the largest accounting and advisory firm in the world.
  • Led the organizational re-design and post merger integration of several privately held, multinational companies for the Aerospace division of a publicly traded global manufacturing organization.
  • Managed the Global CFO Knowledge Program, a worldwide knowledge exchange series sponsored by The Economist Intelligence Unit and co-authored the executive publications The Evolving Role of Finance and Excellence in Finance.
  • Partnered with the Kaiser Family Foundation and Cable Positive to design and lead employee and community outreach and education programs for the Viacom/MTV Networks domestic KNOW HIV/AIDS and international STAYING ALIVE public service campaigns.
  • Designed, developed and led the deployment of leadership development programs for two of the largest global restaurant chains.
  • Led the change management team responsible for ‘un-bundling’ shared services across a global media corporation in preparation for the spin-off of its television broadcast channel.
  • Managed the creation and ongoing support of the Change Leadership Center of Excellence for the world’s largest accounting and advisory firm.
  • Facilitated the design, development and implementation of a Customer Experience lab for a major financial lending organization.
  • Worked with the Ohio State University Fisher School of Business to create and facilitate Project Management continuing education courses for several major corporations.
